Important Information

• Proof of vaccinations to be provided on arrival. Failure to do so will result in us not being able to board your pet.
• All bookings require a deposit of £50, deposits can be made by cash, card or bank transfer. Your booking will only be secured once deposit has been received. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• All medication to be supplied by pet owner, please allow extra to cover late collections.
• If your pet requires veterinary attention, we will contact your veterinarian. If we cannot make contact, we will use the services of Abbey Vets 0141 887 4111 if required they will liaise with your own veterinary practice.
• Payment of any veterinary fees will be the responsibility of the pet owner.
• We do not accept any liability for injury to your pet(s) caused by their own behaviour.
